Catering Services to Fit Your Event!
Archer's Meat and Catering provides complete food and beverage services for your catering event. The menus are suggested for your convenience and can be changed to meet your needs. Our meals are served buffet style. Serving time is 1 1/2 hours. Included with your meals are: Disposable plates, forks, spoons, knives, salt and pepper, napkins and any other condiments relating to your meal. We can provide China Service and a sit down meal for an extra charge. Linen Service can also be provided for an extra charge.
Deposit: To reserve catering services in advance a nonrefundable deposit is required Your deposit will be credited on the final invoice.
Payment: Pay is due the day of the event. An itemized invoice will be presented to you the day of the event. If you are Tax exempt, you must provide us with your tax exempt certificate number. We are required by law to charge sales taxes. A service charge and gratutity will be added to your bill.
Confirmations: After we have completed your menu selection, a written confirmation of your plans will be provided to you. You must sign this confirmations and mail or fax it back to us prior to the event.
